Resume Building: In today’s job market, the resume has become the number one requirement potential employers request. Before an employer will take valuable time to interview you, he/she wants to meet you – on paper. A resume is an advertisement. It advertises you, your unique skills and qualifications, and it stresses the benefits you have to offer. TBB will help you produce well thought out resume is what will land you an interview!

Conferences: TBB will host virtual conferences each quarter to bring together women (and men) from all over the world to network, learn, and grow!  Once a year, TBB will host an in-person conference with live events, guest speakers, vendor tradeshow, social networking, and much much more.  

Career Coaching: Our goal is to empower professionals by helping them make informed decisions about their trajectory. Focus on results, actions, and accountability. Set goals and build a roadmap to their destination. 

Mentorship Program: Through mentorship, TBB will focus more on development instead of performance, looking not just at your current job function but beyond, taking a more holistic approach to career development. 

Continued Education: TBB will connect its members and followers with courses and programs that will help development job skills, increase promotions/raises, and help you to stay sharp and healthy both inside and outside of the office.
